DESCRIPTION
“Cullaverde” school consists of an original building (body “A”) and three bodies which are the result of three successive enlargements (body “B”,”C”,”D”). After seismic analysis of the current status, it appeared necessary a seismic adequacy of body “A” and “B”. The project consists of the reinforcement of some beams, columns and joints with the application of fiber reinforced polymers (FRP) and it also consists of shear strengthening of a reinforced concrete beam, belonging to the body “A”, using U-shape bracket over existent brackets cast-iron with epoxy-resin.
